Talk N' Action Gordon from the Tomy Motor Road & Rail line of Thomas & Friends toys. In terms of paint and sticker condition, he's in decent shape, but he stopped running a few years ago and has been sitting on my parts shelf for some time, waiting to be repaired. His battery terminals appear to be in good shape, so I assume the issue has to do with an internal wire snap or something of the sort. He does not freewheel; his gears lock up when they roll enough. I would hardly call this Gordon "beyond saving". Given the proper repairs, I believe he can run like new again. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
